Offshore Consulting by Ubaldo Scotto is built on more than thirty years in the field: offshore projects as Site Director, Company Man and Company Representative for major energy operators, and telecom networks, from fibre-optic backbones to FTTH and FTTC roll-outs, as technical director and site manager.
